Conferences typically last 1-3 days, so you want to optimize how you spend your time to get the most out of it.

The best way to learn at a Bitcoin conference is to walk around the exhibit area and talk to every company that has a station. Ask them about their product or service and what problem they are trying to solve. Skip any live talks if they are going to be posted online later on. Also, attend in-person workshops to get hands-on experience with experts.
Network at a Bitcoin Conference

The best way to network at a Bitcoin conference is to talk to every company in the exhibit area as well as attend any events during the nighttime. During the daytime, people are itching to talk about their newest Bitcoin project. It can be as simple as "Hey, what are you working on in Bitcoin?" then shut up and listen. During the nighttime, Bitcoiners typically gather at a nearby venue or bar to keep the conversations going. This is where the real networking happens so don't go to bed early!
